Return & Cancellation Policy

If you receive a damaged or a defective item please return the same without any hesitation to us in a proper package. Kindly send an email at support@shop.aermech.in requesting for return along with its reason. Also state your transaction id & send it to us via a trusted courier or mail.

As soon as we receive the defective item we will send you a fresh replacement or refund the amount as per your choice. In your return email please advice us whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This facility is only for goods bought from us. Return of any defective / damage item should be done within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment to our working office:

To get the courier charges refunded, you need to attach a copy of the courier bill.

Full refund applicable if the below conditions satisfied:

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Item variation(except any intimate product)/damage intimation must be given within the 24 hours of the product delivered day along with product snapshots, showing the condition of the product.
